The original: Katy Watson's Christmas Toffee

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water

Method

2 sticks butter, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons water } melt. caramelize and thicken. light brown tan.

Put on buttered cookie sheet. Hersheys chocolate bars in bits. Sprinkle, spread. Chopped nuts on top while still warm. Cool. Crack.
