Kathy's Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cups meat
• 1/2 cup onion
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 15-ounce can creamed corn
• 11-ounce can Mexicorn,
• 7-8 ounce package Corn Muffin Mix
• 1 cup cheddar on top

Method

350° 45-55 minutes til set.
