Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup cocoa.
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 2 2/3 confectioners’ sugar.
• 4 tablespoons milk.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Cream butter, add cocoa. Add Sugar and milk alternately. makes enough for above cake. Excellent with for ^+vanilla^ strawberry-kirsch middle layer.

Note: No unit is written for the confectioners' sugar — read 2 2/3 as cups.
